We deliberately keep the service territory tight, covering Dallas east through Rockwall and out to Hunt County. Staying close is what lets us answer a no-cool call the same day in July instead of adding you to a list.

Nobody earns commission
Technicians are paid the same whether you approve a repair, approve a replacement, or send them away. It removes the incentive that drives most of the bad advice in this trade.
We measure before we conclude
Static pressure, temperature split, superheat, subcooling, amp draw. Opinions about a system are worth very little without the readings behind them.
The price is the price
Flat rate quoted and approved before work begins. If we misjudge how long something takes, that is our problem, not a change order.
Permits, always
Every equipment replacement is permitted and inspected. It costs more and slows us down, and it is the difference between a legal install and a future problem.
