Most replacement systems in North Texas are sized by reading the tag on the unit coming out. That is how an oversized system ends up short-cycling in a house that never gets comfortable. We calculate the load, install to manufacturer spec, and prove the numbers before we leave.

Straight-cool + gas furnace
The North Texas standard. An air conditioner paired with a gas furnace, which is the cheapest heat available during a hard freeze if you already have a gas line.
Heat pump systems
One piece of equipment for both heating and cooling. Efficient in our mild winters and the right answer for all-electric homes without gas service.
Dual-fuel systems
A heat pump and a gas furnace together. The system runs the heat pump until it stops being economical, then switches to gas. The lowest operating cost available here.
Two-stage & variable speed
Equipment that runs long and low instead of blasting and shutting off. Better humidity control, quieter operation, and fewer hot and cold rooms in larger floor plans.
Duct replacement & repair
New equipment on failing ducts wastes the money you just spent. We test static pressure and repair or replace duct work where it is actually costing you capacity.

The steps that separate a good install from a cheap one.
Equipment quality matters far less than installation quality. Two identical systems installed by different companies can differ by thirty percent in real-world efficiency. This is what we do on every replacement.
Load calculation
We measure the house, count the windows, check insulation and orientation, and run a Manual J. The result drives the equipment size, not the old nameplate.
Duct and airflow assessment
Static pressure tested before we quote. If the duct system cannot carry the airflow, we tell you before you buy equipment that cannot breathe.
Installation to spec
Proper line set sizing, nitrogen purge while brazing, deep vacuum to 500 microns, and refrigerant weighed in. These steps are invisible and they determine system life.
Commissioning and documentation
Airflow set, superheat and subcooling verified, and every final reading recorded on a commissioning sheet that stays with you.
Permit and inspection
We file the mechanical permit and meet the city inspector. You get a system that is legal, warranty-eligible, and clean at resale.
Warranty registration
Manufacturer warranty registered in your name within the deadline, because an unregistered system often drops from ten years of coverage to five.
